IN Visuals is a full-service production company and creative agency with a strong track record of delivering high-end content for global brands, broadcasters, and agencies.
We are your one-stop shop for video production services — from concept development to post-production. Whether you're looking for production support, fixers in Europe, or a dedicated creative team, we’re the company you need to bring your story to life.
IN Visuals is based in Brussels, Belgium, with a second office in Bucharest, Romania — giving us a strong presence in both Western and Eastern Europe. This setup allows us to offer flexible, cross-border video production services, while staying deeply connected to the local cultures, languages, and teams we work with.
We know how challenging it can be to find reliable production servicing and experienced fixers in parts of Europe. That’s why we don’t rely on unfamiliar freelancers or last-minute hires. Instead, we work with a vetted, multilingual team of collaborators we’ve built long-term relationships with — professionals who know the region, speak the languages, and share our standards. It’s a model that ensures not only creative quality, but also accountability, transparency, and peace of mind.
At IN Visuals, we offer a fully in-house production team — including award-winning directors, DOPs, drone operators, editors, sound engineers, producers, and fixers — ready to bring any story to life with precision and creativity.
Our technical setup includes a full suite of professional-grade production equipment, from Sony FX-series cameras and lighting and grip kits, to DJI drones and Adobe Creative Suite editing stations. This allows us to move efficiently, scale flexibly, and deliver high-quality content without compromise.
At IN Visuals, we believe in creating content that not only looks great — but also stands for something.
As a female-founded production company, we’re committed to diversity and gender equality in international media. We actively promote underrepresented voices across our projects, both on and off screen.
We also implement a green set policy on all our production servicing work, taking conscious steps toward more sustainable filmmaking.
And as a forward-thinking company, we’re always pushing creative and technical boundaries. When it gets too complex for everyone else — that’s when our fixers shine.
We are a team of experienced, multilingual filmmakers passionate about creating high-quality video content for clients across Europe and beyond.
From development to delivery, we bring together storytelling expertise, technical precision, and a shared dedication to doing things the right way. What sets us apart isn’t just our craft — it’s the trust, consistency, and collaboration that define everything we do.
Ilinca Neagu is an Emmy Award-winning Belgian-Romanian filmmaker and founder of IN Visuals. Since 2012, she has led the company with a focus on delivering high-quality, story-driven content and creative production services across Europe.
In 2017, her short documentary Poly the Pony for The Dodo won both a Shorty Award and a Webby Award, becoming the platform’s most-viewed video with over 1 million views. Most recently, she received an Emmy for Outstanding Science and Technology Coverage for Cyber Pirates, an episode she directed for National Geographic’s Trafficked with Mariana van Zeller.
Ilinca has also contributed to other Emmy-nominated productions including Rotten for Netflix, and continues to lead a trusted team of professionals dedicated to creative excellence.
We’re thrilled to share our latest collaboration: IN Visuals provided production support for Primer, the new science documentary series from Bloomberg Originals.
Filmed across Europe and the end of last year, our crew worked on 5 out of the 6 episodes of Primer, helping bring to life stories at the intersection of science, technology, and the future.
Primer explores fascinating topics like flying cars, space exploration, bioengineering, and cutting-edge science — including a look at the world’s most powerful magnets. The series premiered on March 20th, 2024, and new episodes are released every Thursday on Amazon TV, Apple TV, Roku, YouTube, and Bloomberg TV.
We’re proud to have been part of this ambitious documentary production, and we’re grateful to Bloomberg Originals for trusting us with such inspiring stories.
In 2023, IN Visuals had the privilege of providing production services for War Game: The Making of S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2 — a powerful documentary that follows the Ukrainian developers behind one of the most anticipated video game sequels of the decade.
As the team at GSC Game World worked tirelessly to build S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2: Heart of Chornobyl, they faced the unimaginable challenge of continuing development while their country endured the ongoing realities of war. The documentary offers a rare, deeply emotional look into the resilience of Ukrainian creatives navigating their professional dreams under extraordinary circumstances.
We are honoured to have supported this important story — one that goes far beyond gaming, revealing the human strength behind one of the most ambitious projects in the gaming world today.
We're excited to share the release of Gears of Time, the first of two creative collaborations between IN Visuals and CNN. Produced as part of a global campaign for Citizen Watch, this branded short film celebrates craftsmanship, precision, and our evolving relationship with time.
The story follows Frédéric Bertrand, a world champion in custom bike-building, whose attention to detail and passion for engineering reflect the timeless values of the Citizen brand. With visual storytelling at its core, Gears of Time draws a compelling parallel between human creativity and horological excellence.
We were proud to support CNN's creative agency with production services and help bring this cinematic story to life. It's always an honour to collaborate on projects that bridge brand values with authentic, character-driven narratives.
We’re incredibly proud to see Cyber Pirates, an episode from Trafficked with Mariana van Zeller — the National Geographic investigative series — receive one of the highest recognitions in the industry: an Emmy Award for Outstanding Science and Technology Coverage at the 45th Annual News & Documentary Emmys in New York.
This particular episode, filmed with production support from our team at IN Visuals in 2021, takes viewers deep into the world of cybercrime, exploring how modern-day pirates operate in the digital space. From on-the-ground filming to local production coordination, it was an exciting challenge for us to contribute to such a powerful story within the series.
It’s always an honour to collaborate on projects that push storytelling boundaries, and this award is a testament to the incredible work of everyone involved — both on screen and behind the scenes.
We would be happy to chat about your project and find the best way to bring your dreams to the silver screen. Whether you need a fixer in Belgium, Romania or internationally, let's connect and talk about our creative solutions and production servicing packages.
