Led by Ilinca Neagu, an Emmy-winning writer-director and producer, our core crew includes a director of photography and drone operator, three versatile cameramen also working as gaffers and DITs, two dedicated sound engineers, and two highly capable production assistants. Together, we cover every aspect of on-set production with efficiency, creativity, and professionalism.

Based across Brussels and Bucharest, our crew is multilingual, reliable, and well-versed in working on international shoots — from branded campaigns to documentaries and live events.
